Mix it up with a sentiment

'Anything goes- optional twist make a sentiment the main focus'

This is a new pattern, first time I have stitched it.
 
Supplies:
Card stock: 200gsm in pink
                   160gsm in white
Clear beads
Sentiment: NS Startform - Silver peel off  
Thread: Cerise: DMC 326
             Green: DMC 703
             Pink: DMC 335
