The challenge is to use Teal and/ something glossy with your butterfly
When I was initially planning my card I came up with the idea of the little envelope for two reasons. I have made a few for cards recently and enjoy making them and secondly I knew that I had some glossy vellum so it would have been perfect. The only problem is that my piece of vellum wasn't big enough for the envelope so I had to rely on the thread for the butterflies to be my 'glossy' element.
For the 'teal' element I punched a paint chip strip. I added some pink faux stitching and a baker's twine bow to complete.
I was delighted when I saw this
card from Beverly Sue Wilson. She is this week's
'Critters'
